Ordering Process

We currently offer 1/4, 1/2, and whole shares (portions) of our homegrown Florida steers. You will receive that portion of the cuts the steer yields. All cuts come individually packaged, labeled, and vacuum sealed. Once you purchase your share, you will receive notification of an estimated time-frame for processing. Processing includes dry-aging (approx. 12 days); which enhances the flavor and tenderness of your meat. Processing time will vary. We estimate approximately 4-6 weeks. We will contact you with updates throughout the processing and to schedule delivery/pick-up.

We offer home delivery to Miami-Dade, Broward, and Monroe County.
