Redland Cattle Co.

Located in Kenansville, Florida, the Redland Ranch has been in our family since 2005; 
however, up until recent it has been run as a cow-calf operation.

During the peak of the pandemic, we noticed an increased interest in buying beef direct-to-consumer, as major supply chains became disrupted and meat became difficult to find in stores. 

That's when we started Redland Cattle Co. 
Our Mission is to bridge the gap between the pasture and your plate by providing Miami with a direct, transparent connection to their food source. 

We believe you shouldn't have to wonder where your beef comes from or how it was treated along the way. By eliminating the middleman and handling every step of the process ourselves, we ensure that every cut—from our dry-aged steaks to our single-source ground beef—retains the integrity, flavor, and unmatched quality that only true farm-to-table beef can offer.

Redland Cattle Co. began by selling large beef shares (1/4, 1/2, and Whole Beef); as we still do today, but we have truly evolved since we first got started. We now offer smaller hand-curated Beef Bundles available via pre-order. We also host "Open Shop" events monthly where we invite the community to shop beef by the cut with no pre-orders required. Our Shop is located on our farm in the Redlands (Homestead, FL) at 21600 SW 152 Ave.
